Thank you to all our customers who participated in our 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey. The overall response has been positive, particularly our lead times, service, quality and customer service.

Recommendations and Referrals
97% of our customers said they would recommend our products/services to others and we continue to get new business through referrals and recommendations on a regular basis.

Customer Service
We scored an average of 9.67/10 overall for our customer service. We received extremely positive feedback about our sales team being knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Comments included the team being professional, friendly, and able to understand requirements, so it is not surprising that many of our customers have been buying from us for decades.

Quality and Lead Times
We scored highly across the board for our quality, lead time etc. with customers noting that we provide quality products, excellent lead times and quick delivery (often next day). We are always looking for new, innovative products and alternative materials to provide the best solutions for our customers.
